Fenrir Returns Policy

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for your order to be eligible for a refund.
  • Products must be unworn and unwashed with original tags still attached.
  • Chew Toys and Tug Toys are non-refundable.
  •  Refunds will be made to the original payment method used to purchase the order.
  • Please always use the size charts provided on the product pages. We will assist with exchanging where possible.
  • Please return items ordered in separate shopping carts in separate returns processes.
  • Anything accidentally or incorrectly returned to us (that’s not a Fenrir item) will not be returned.
  • Please note, we do not accept returns by any other method than a return label sent to you via the Fenrir customer service team. If you send products back via private postage methods, we cannot process your return or refund.

    For customers in the UK and US, we offer free returns and a returns label will be generated by a member of our team.
    For customers outside of these countries, we do not offer free returns nor labels for returns, and any costs will need to be covered by the customer. Please get in touch at for assistance with this.

    Damages and Issues

    Please inspect your order upon receiving it, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and assist.

    Chew Toys and Tug Toys are non-refundable. Please be sure to check the sizing chart and get the appropriate size toy for your dog. Should your chew toy or tug toy break during play/training, you will be offered the same or similar toy as a replacement (stock dependant)

    Exceptions / non-returnable items

    Chew Toys and Tug Toys are non-refundable. We will offer reasonably similar exchanges for unused toys, on a case-by-case basis.
    Items purchased on sale, during a promotion or via gift card are non-refundable.


    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact the customer service team for a return label. Once your item is returned, we can exchange for a different size.


    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund for you.
