30-day returns. Free US return shipping.

If your item isn’t right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an eligible return. We’ll provide a prepaid return label.

This policy applies to US orders placed directly on fenrircanineleaders.com.

What can I return?

Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with original tags attached.

Chew toys and tug toys are excluded from change-of-mind refunds. If one arrives damaged, develops a fault or breaks during use, contact us for help.

How to start a return

1. Email contact@fenrircanineleaders.com with your order number and the item you want to return.

2. We’ll confirm eligibility and send your prepaid return label and instructions.

3. Pack your item securely and send it back using the label provided.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can direct your return to the correct location.

What will I be refunded?

For an eligible return, we’ll refund the amount you paid for the returned item, after any discount, plus applicable tax on that item.

Original delivery charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns. Fenrir covers the return shipping.

Once your return arrives, we’ll check it and email you about your refund. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the funds.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Email contact@fenrircanineleaders.com as soon as you notice a problem. Include your order number and, if possible, photos showing the issue.

We’ll help arrange an appropriate refund or replacement and cover any necessary return shipping. The change-of-mind exclusions above do not limit your rights concerning faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
